I would recommend Andrea Brown to anyone who is buying or selling a home. She was with us from start to finish answering all our questions. When there were questions Andrea couldn't answer, she always got back to us in a timely manner. Andrea never pushed a house on us. If we didn't have Andrea to reassure us, I would have backed out of the offer (100%). Andrea calmed the situation assuring us that our situation was nothing unusual and we just had to be a little patient. She was definitely the adult in the room. Andrea also answered questions that other should have been providing us with. i.e. Lawyer and the real estate agent selling our home in Syracuse. Andrea and her team were available any time we needed to look at a house and always arrived on time. The one instance Andrea was running 10 minutes late she texted me and apologized.
