I would recommend Andrea Brown to anyone who is buying or selling a home. She was with us from start to finish answering all our questions. When there were questions Andrea couldn't answer, she always got back to us in a timely manner. Andrea never pushed a house on us. If we didn't have Andrea to reassure us, I would have backed out of the offer (100%). Andrea calmed the situation assuring us that our situation was nothing unusual and we just had to be a little patient. She was definitely the adult in the room. Andrea also answered questions that other should have been providing us with. i.e. Lawyer and the real estate agent selling our home in Syracuse. Andrea and her team were available any time we needed to look at a house and always arrived on time. The one instance Andrea was running 10 minutes late she texted me and apologized. We now consider Andrea a friend which is the biggest compliment I could give. We love our home. Thank you, Andrea you have a real winner in Andrea and her team.

I recently worked with Andrea Brown and her team to sell my home. She was very organized and professional throughout the entire process. I first met with John, an interior designer, who assisted with staging ideas to prepare for the photography. John was great and had several good ideas. The photographer was also very good and worked to get the best angles to truly represent the home.
